How to Stay Flexible with Your Planning and Prepare for Changing Closing Dates




Tips To Plan For Your Move In Cleaning!

  1. Always know that your closing date isn't always your real closing date.

  2. Prepare for un foreseen problems, because i guarantee you will have something go wrong. People always do.

  3. Never book multiple sub contractors or movers, cleaners, plumbers, etc...all at once or all on the same day! Cleaners should be the last people to go into the home before you move in.

  4. Having a Move In Deep Cleaning done the right way. Make sure that you have movers wearing booties that we provide. Our goal is to have your home completely disinfected and cleaned top to bottom before movers come. The Goal Is to then once all your stuff is in the house all that needs to be redone is your floors.

  5. The biggest problem we see is when customers have had Construction done or renovations to either the whole house or parts of it. When you have any work done to your new home, it creates construction dust! That dust caus your cleaning price to go up.

  6. Always ask as many questions as you need to. You and your Cleaning Company should be on the same page about everything. Your projected date, if there are any listing photos, if we can come see the house in person or virtually, etc...
